"What draws me to painting is color. I am
fascinated by how light and color affect each other. Objects have auras.
when these auras overlap, they produce subtle changes in each other's color,
light, and shadow. Observing this and documenting it on canvas is an
adventure. I enjoy painting what I love in life: landscapes, children,
dancers, the fruits of the earth; the bounty of life in all forms..."
